The Eldoret Animal Sanctuary is a 9-acre wildlife sanctuary located just 15 minutes from Eldoret town, adjacent to Poa Place Resort. Working in close partnership with Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), the sanctuary provides long-term refuge and rehabilitation for rescued animals affected by humanβwildlife conflict, injury, illegal captivity, or habitat loss.
Inaugurated in 2006, the sanctuary today receives over 300,000 visitors annually and more than 1,000 schools each year. It is the single largest conservation education centre in the North Rift region.
A generous sponsor donated a 70-inch touchscreen, 8 desktops, and 8 tablets to Getsemane Primary School β benefiting 1,100+ students and 100+ community members.

The Wileli Wildlife Conservancy is a 300-acre protected landscape situated along Moi South Lake Road, approximately 40 kilometres from Naivasha town. The conservancy forms part of the wider Naivasha ecosystem and provides important habitat for diverse wildlife including over 400 bird species, antelopes, giraffes, hippos, and leopards.
Managed alongside Naivasha Kongoni Lodge and Wileli House β hospitality properties of The Private Collections β Wileli represents BBF's model of conservation and community development operating in the same landscape.
BBF piped water from the existing borehole to Ndabibi Main Comprehensive School (est. 1971), installed two large water storage tanks, established hand-washing stations, and upgraded the school gate.
Kwale County
The Tiwi Beach and Indigenous Forest Conservation Program is located approximately 25 kilometres from Kwale town along Kenya's south coast. The area features well-preserved indigenous coastal forests that play a vital role in supporting biodiversity, stabilizing the coastline, and protecting marine ecosystems.
BBF's presence in Tiwi is anchored by Swahili House, a Private Collections hospitality property approximately 1km from the Tiwi Turtle Conservation Project (Tiwi Turtle Police).
Sea turtle populations face pressure from beach development, illegal fishing, and disturbance of nesting sites. BBF and Swahili House have partnered with the Tiwi Turtle Police on public awareness signage, beach clean-ups, and turtle monitoring.
BBF has provided 20 new desks (capacity for 60 students) and two 10,000-litre water tanks. Water tank connection to the main borehole is underway.
